Shipping Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, EXCLUDING SHIPPING CHARGES, using the original method of payment. 

 

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website, www.blakk-newtech.com are available for delivery to addresses in Canada & US only. 

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on your location and delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according our geological location.

6. Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at blakk.newtech@gmail.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return/Exchange Policy

Please contact manufacturers to file a claim with the warranty or servicing of your purchased products. 

OR

Any/all items purchased from BLAKK NewTech must meet the following requirements to be eligible for store credit or exchange NO REFUNDS: 1) Item(s) must be in original, brand new condition 2) No discontinued items/ used items 3) All parts and accessories must be included. 4) Must provide original order invoice/receipt

 

Buyer must understand and agree to a 10-30% processing fee for items that have been opened or have broken seals. Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional processing fees up to 50%. This includes parts and/or accessories.

 

ORDERS RETURNED DUE TO DOA: Any/all items purchased from BLAKK NewTech which are found damaged on arrival (DOA) must meet the following requirements to be eligible for an exchange:  1) Item(s) must be unused and in original condition  2) All used items must go through normal end consumer warranty process through manufacturer

 

Note: All returned items must include an associated Return Authorization (RA) number which can be acquired by contacting your Account Specialist via email at blakk.newtech@gmail.com. We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RA number.  Once we receive your RA, we will contact you via email with further details. You may expect your return to process within 10-14 business days from the delivery date to us, assuming the above conditions are met.   Items must be received before replacements are shipped or credits/refunds are applied  BLAKK NewTech reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange.
